RecommendedBetter than Mercedes Benz of Austin. Service is generally a zoo, especially with the ongoing construction. But the frustrating part is they seem to mess up orders And always take longer than they indicated. Today they messed up the loaner car which was planned so I had to wait “30 minutes” which ended up being an hour. I will say Zach made the best of the situation and got me back on the road by the time I needed to make a business meeting. Took my car at last minute oil change to travel and their staff totally redeemed themselves from years ago! I was so impressed with Nicole our new service gal. She was amazing! and even though under major construction- I give them a 10! Will be going back!
