RecommendedGreat service, car finished before estimated time
Complete shock of the lack of respect and service from the employees, waiting 20+ simply to get an item from the parts department which resulted in having to call them one the phone while is was there To receive assistance. Upon conveying to the associate that I had been look for a part my “my” vehicle he questioned not once but twice to confirm that I own the vehicle. Guess I should wear a suit next time which there will not be a next time. Very very disappointed 😔
After hitting an object in road while traveling from Dallas to Austin, I was fortunate to find MB of Georgetown! They told me they could fit me in same day to make sure the damage wasn’t critical ... and even completed my (un)scheduled service needs! Highly recommend!

I love the service department and how they take great care of my vehicle. I’m kept informed every step of the service. Most recently, the technician sent me a video of my car and what he found wrong. This took away any doubts and guessing about the true extent of the actual services that were required for my vehicle. Great job Mercedez! See you at my next service appointment!
