RecommendedI love the check in process for my appointment. It reminded me of a well ran pit stop with precision . Also a loaner was ready to go, no problem.
9 hours to get a simple oil change. I had an appointment and dropped my car off at 7:30 am and its 4:30 pm and I have yet to receive my car. I called three times throughout the day to check on the status of my car to be told each time that the person dealing with my account was with another client. Not once was my phone call returned. Very disappointed and frustrated. An oil change should not take 9 hours.

They performed maintenance on my Sprinter RV. We just bought it used and it is very comforting to know they checked it out and EVERYTHING is good. It was all done in one day and it was easy getting the appointment. It’s a great vehicle and we love the quick and convenient service. We will Definitely use them every time.
Just an awful experience with their finance department and their Manager, Brent! They STILL, 7 weeks later, have not paid us for our Jeep they bought from us. They currently owe us $14,000. They don’t communicate, they lied straight to our face and didn’t act like owing us money was any big deal at all. So upset at how they treated us!!!
Linda was our sales person. She was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with. This was by far the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely be doing business with Mercedes of Georgetown again.
