Rude, unprofessional, and overly aggressive sales staff. Never had such bad experiences at a dealership. I was worried the sales person we were dealing with was going to get violent. Did y’all to a manager and he said he was going to get us another sales associate to work with us. We waited over ten minutes and no one ever came. We walked out, and will be taking our business elsewhere.
I would highly recommend Teo Frunza to my friends. He was very professional and helpful in my decision to purchase my car from Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. Teo continues to be available to answer all my questions and provides excellent customer service
