Mercedes-Benz of Durham is a great dealership. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them and they are always responsive. Daniel Debreicht was our sales person and he has been amazing. He is very polite, respectful, not pushy and willing to go above and beyond. Daniel represents excellent customer service at the highest level and I LOVE my C350 coupe with the red leather interior!
Loved this dealership!! The entire staff were very friendly. My entire experience in purchasing a 2013 C350 was great, starting with my terrific salesperson, Odalys Vargas. No pressures, friendly and very helpful. She even came in on her day off to close the deal and take delivery. Although not the closest Mercedes-Benz dealership for me, but plan on doing my vehicle servicing with them. Thank-you!!
