RecommendedWhat an awesome experience I had at Durham Mercedes Benz. The night that I came it was raining and I was driving in really bad traffic. I didn’t arrive until 7 pm. which is the time the dealership closes. Jake waited for me and patiently explained some of the equipment on the car. We test drive. I got the car for the price I wanted and they gave more for my trade in. They even threw in a free service. I will absolutely tell others about Durham Mercedes Benz. The staff there are wonderful. Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He spent the time to answer all my questions and showed me all the features and service records on the vehicle. Sarah was fantastically efficient in handling the business side of the transaction. Overall great experience.
