Kris Kauserud and tech#359 did an awesome job getting the car back to me at the time I was told.
I was in a time crunch the day before Thanksgiving but needed service for our car, John Hall and the service technicians came through and got the work completed within the time frame I indicated. Great job!
Engine warning light came on so called MB roadside service. They took car to MB Durham. Good move for us as they were very very responsive and most helpful with loaner and explaining what the issue was. Jack Sheridan was A+.
