We just purchased our fourth Mercedes, a 2015 E350 from Marcus Riddick. This was by far the easiest auto purchase we have ever made. We are out of state but Marcus took care of everything. I purchased a CPO 2014 CLA45 with 33K miles in mid October from Mercedes Benz of Durham. I worked with Daniel Scarlett and Ryan Gury. After reading good reviews, I decided to take my C250 coupé in for service work; living in Raleigh, it was a 20+ minute trip, but glad I did. Pleased to say that these folks took very good care of me, and my baby. Kris was my service advisor, he well exceeded my expectations. I just purchased a CPO GLE and am thrilled. I didn't purchase the one I wanted originally, as it sold the same day, but Alex and Mustafa worked a little magic and got me in a better car than I'd planned. It ended up a bit outside my budget, but that included an awesome warranty, car care, and an interest rate I could't have dreamed up. Thank guys! I'll be back for the next one (which they know will be soon).
Daniel, Marcus, and Mostafa were knowledgeable, accommodating, and transparent throughout the whole process. All three stayed until after 9:00pm to finish the paperwork, when the dealership closed at 7:00pm. I would highly recommend this crew and dealership and will be doing business with them again for sure.

Mercedes-Benz of Durham were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable during the negotiation and purchase of our new Mercedes. I would highly recommend Benjamin as you sales representative. He went out of his way to be helpful. He had all the paper work prepared when we arrived and the car was immaculate. He spent as much time as we needed to explain the car functionality and even called the next day to insure we were completely satisfied and had any more questions.
We have dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Cary and just yesterday Mercedes in Durham and both were exceptionally High Caliber and professionally oriented sales people and handled the whole process quickly and efficiently.
