My wife and I wandered on the lot to check the certified pre-owned cars and a couple of hours later we drove away with an immaculate 2014 E350. Tyler Brown was a very helpful and efficient salesperson and his passions for Mercedes and his job were evident throughout our interaction. Our Sprinter based Pleasure-Way Plateau TS camping van had developed an annoying vibration. Took it to another dealer who did a 4 wheel alignment and told us to replace the tires. Here, John Hall and Dennis took us in and diagnosed a drive shaft problem along with front tires that needed to be "road force balanced." Less than 24 hours after bringing it in we had a van that drove better than it has in the 2.5 years and 28,000 miles we've driven it. Thank you guys!
Thanks to the great service at MBD my a/c is working perfectly no more hot days this summer . I was looking at a difficult repair that required complete removal of the dash and inner core of the a/c system . This was done quickly and professionally by a very friendly tech . He explained in full detail the issues and the required work . I am so glad to have the repair done and would be glad to have them again as service to my vehicle .
My trusty 99 SL500 let me down tonight. My battery died while shopping at Southpoint Mall. I called 800MERCEDES, gave them my info and they dispatched a mechanic. Soon after, I received a call from Michael Alf. He confirmed my problem, location and gave me an ETA of 15-20 minutes. He arrived within the 20 minutes, identified himself and then proceeded to verify my issue. Alf thought I only need a jump start, but know the battery was over 10 yrs. old, I ask him to replace it.
