Even though I had come in only to look at pre-owned inventory, I was treated with respect and in a highly professional manner. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Luis, my product specialist, was awesome...he knew that this car and I were meant to be together and he worked with mgmt and Pam in the finance department to make that happen quickly and effortlessly and I left Mercedes-Benz of Durham yesterday feeling satisfy with the service I received and excited driving home in my new pre-owned vehicle!!!
