Awesome staff at Mercedes of Durham- knowledgable of their product , friendly and delivers excellent customer service. Marcus was amazing and extremely knowledgable -at the top of his game and knows his craft. Great experience! Best dealership in town.
My wife and I had a great experience shopping and buying a new MB with this dealership. The staff was attentive, helpful, but never pushy. My wife was getting over the flu and they (Nancy and Bill) delivered the car to our house. We didn't expect that, but we very much appreciated it!

Super great experience buying a car here! Everyone is over the top friendly and they make you feel at home. Odalys Vargas was the highlight of my experience - she met me at the door and made sure everything went perfect I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Absolutely a great job on servicing my car! If you ever need anything worked on or looked at, go to Kris in the service department. He took really good care of me! I brought in my car thinking I just need my breaks done, but they discovered a serious problem that needed repair that my old dealership in Buffalo NY did not. Thank you all so much!
