Due to my job I am not always able to get away during the day and he made it his mission to get everything taken care of prior to my arrival. He is an amazing salesman and very knowledgeable. This was a horrible experience that tried pushing a sales rep on me for Internet sales they did not listen or care about my needs. Even after complaining to the general manager I will still push back to the same sales rep versus being reassigned. The pricing is $10-$20,000 above market in my opinion and they do not negotiate

We went to Mercedes-Benz of Durham to look at a QX70 Infinity that my husband saw online. We were greeted by Liam D. And he was super helpful. He told us all about the car and options. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was exceptional. He was very personable and him and my husband had some great conversation! The whole experience superseded our expectations.
