Recently had my car in for service. Overpriced, friendly, easy to work with. I was dissatisfied when I was told they couldn’t wash or vacuum my car because of construction. After spending over $1,000 one would think they could find a way to clean my car. When I made the appointment, I was told I would be reimbursed for my Uber rides to and from the dealership. When I mentioned it later, they told me they don’t offer that service. Overall, I’m disappointed with my experience.
Gregg Prokop and Tae Ho Su went above and beyond to make my car buying experience great! The Bellevue staff did a wonderful job, and I highly recommend them.
We purchased a used vehicle from Spencer a couple days ago. Everyone was warm and inviting and super accommodating. We had our kiddos with us and it was a Sunday with impending weather. We were in and out within 2 hours with a beautiful truck and no whiny kids. I’d say it was successful. �
Service is pretty nice, the seller made it easy for the whole procedure. Love the car a lot, nice made and good looking.
Fast service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rafael was very helpful and explained everything when checking us in and out. Loaner car was provided with scheduling ahead of time. My wife said that this was by far the best service experience she ever had and I have to agree. I purchased two cars here back when Jimmy Barrier owned the place and I am happy to see that tradition of great service was continued after AutoNation took over. Good job by CEOs Mike Jackson and Bill Berman!

Let me say that 1st I LOVE my car..GLS450!!! However, I wasn't happy when the "loose" gas cap sensor kept flashing up on my dashboard. Then check engine light appeared. Went in two different times to get issued resolved...(charcoal sensor was faulty)....then not even 2wks later driver seat started moving while driving vehicle (dangerous). I disconnected the chair & brought it in to be repaired/replaced...they say nothing wrong...I say look again..they finally replace the sidedoor panel switch....but they tell me next time ha... read more
