hi. very disappointed that I had to pay $650 for a diagnosis of what's wrong with my car; The initial estimate was $165 for a diagnosis. I ended up paying the $650 just to get my car out of the dealership and get it repaired elsewhere. Ultimately the quote i was given was for about $1000 to fix a broken starter. This is on top of the $650 you guys charged for the diagnosis. If it takes you guys 3 hours of manpower to figure out that the starter motor on the car was broken - you guys shouldn't be servicing cars.
I had a great experience with Micah and I think he is the best service advisor I ever seen in Mercedes Benz dealership!!
