I went to there for annual maintenance. when they finished and returned my car. I found that three tires had low pressure. I told them to check on it. A few minutes later, they told me I was good to go. But just out of the service center, low pressure warning appeared again. 😱😱😱Obviously they did nothin to it. I was so frustrated! Do I deserve it? Do they know it's dangerous for driver? 😡😡😡

The service was horrible. I dropped my car off for a recall on my sunroof. Not only did they leave dirty fingerprints on my headliner and my hood. I dropped it off at 8:30am 10/21 and got it back with a dead battery because someone left my lights and stereo on. Instead of charging the battery they tried to get me to purchase two new ones. The batteries where changed in June of this yr. The service manager wouldn’t return my calls to check on the status.
