Super disappointed. The convenient car wash offered when you buy a car here has been reduced from 3 to 2 lanes. Now every wash is an ordeal where you have to wait at least 20mins while watching a handful of the pre-sale vehicles go in at a snails pace taking up 2 full lanes?!?! Complaints fall on deaf ears. This is not customer service!
