We had a great experience working with Mercedes Team at Bellevue as part of our GLE purchase a week ago. Their sales representative Cindy was awesome, who really ensured that we get an exceptional service. She worked with us on different concerns and addressed those patiently. Other members of their team including their Finance Team were also great and helpful. We will recommend buying from Mercedes of Bellevue based on our experience with their team recently.
My service appointment for my C300 was not good. It was frustrating getting my car checked in and checked out if the shop. My service manager is not proactive either. Apparently there is a part on order but he’s not reached out for a subsequent appointment.
Great service, as always! We accidentally made a routine maintenance appointment for the wrong Friday, since we were timing it with a medical appointment in Bellevue. We live an hour away from the dealership. Our service adviser checked the schedule and said they'd fit us in. We weren't going to get a loaner, but we were fine walking to the appointment. They did a number of things I didn't expect in that appointment and had us ready to go very quickly (surprisingly). Great service. Thanks!
Waiting lounge is comfortable with snacks. I waited over two hours contrary to what I expected between 1-2 hrs for A service. I also requested to change the battery of the key and was not done. For situation like this, time update will be much appreciated. Thank you.
