BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Here’s my thoughts. I have owned various Mercedes’ Benz for 45 years. Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever experienced, they are worst than any car service department across the board. I just took my Jeep Rubicon to Oxen-dale Jeep in Cottonwood and they were excellent. Flagstaff Mercedes Service doesn’t return phone calls or emails, they rarely answer their telephone. I’m so unimpressed! Sales man never sent a thank you. Never received a call that our tags were in… Made an appointment for an emergency repair to tires…arrived the next day and we weren’t on the schedule….we’re told it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to wait… Asked for a loaner car and 40 minutes later we’re still waiting to get one… So much for The Hype of excellent customer service

Horrible service don’t go there to service your car, will take them a month for something can be done in a day and management don’t care to provide you a good experience.
Mercedes Benz has a fault in their airbags not deploying during accidents and are NOT TELLING THE PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are dodging me after my accident and I took the full impact because their airbags didn't deploy. They have terrible customer service and the customer service was terrible when I had an ACCIDENT--they said "call our legal department"--this is NOT a company that cares about you or your family's safety in their cars. This young gentleman by the name of Robidio is the best service advisor to go and ask about any questions or concerns related to your car. He helped me a great deal with my 2021 AMG E 63 S Sedan. Definitely reccomend going to him!
f you want to pay really high prices for service, this is the place to go, after all you have a Mercedes and can afford a $300 oil change! Took my car there which was purchased from this dealer for 80,000 mile service. Blue book on the car is about $6500. It is in good shape. Check engine light was on. They determined wit would cost $3800 to make a band aid repair which may not last or definitive repair at $8000. I asked them to let me think about it for an hour, so they decided to go ahead and do the 80,000 mile maintena... read more
