I am always very happy when I go to the Mercedes dealership. I am always treated well. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Very different that most dealerships. Usually the service department is the most frustrating department, but this is not so at this Mercedes dealership. And the mechanic, John, listened and fixed a problem I have had with my back hatch for 2 years. Thank you!
