went through a process of ordering a car almost 3 months ago! checked the ETA yesterday only to find out the salesperson I worked with is no longer employed there! so guess no one followed up to make sure the order went through!

Positive things were professional ambience, easy drop off and pick up; good staff to really inquire and help out. Not very great were hiccups with when knowing I needed a ride (mentioned that in my online service request) to resistance in arranging one; not being clear about what all things would be done; cost estimate was off by 350$. I miss barrier service.... I also didn't feel like I was important... Given I bought 3 cars here... Anyway
