Do yourself a favor and go to other mercedes dealerships near by. I scheduled an appointment to talk about pull a head program and roll into a new mercedes. I went in. The sales representative was helping some one so sales manager came by and asked me what I was looking for. I have been communicating with these guys for over two weeks through emails. I made an appointment for a safety recall and service for my GLA 250 last week for today. An hour before I was to drop off my car I got a call saying we don't have parts like they just found out. When I asked why I was not told in advance, service manager told me you lucky we did not tell you when you got here. The worst customer service and had continued to get worse since Autonation took over. Called in to schedule to have Takata air bag replacement after receiving a notice from MBUSA. The agent could not have been more rude and then she hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go to a “real” Mercedes dealer and not some half ass Honda dealership posing as a luxury car dealer. Unbelievable how they choose to treat customers and based on the other reviews this is the rule and not the exception
I took my GLK in for routine maintenance April 5. I was given a loaner car and picked up my vehicle April 6. At pick up, my vehicle had not been washed. Worse yet there was trash on the floor on the passengers side. I called customer service while having the SUV washed at the Elephant car wash nearby and was told that the service car wash was not in action due to remodeling.
