At one time I would have rated this hospital as tops. However, when the focus turned all about the $$$, things took a drastic down hill turn. MANY long term, loyal and caring employees were "out sourced" to companies that dont recognize or up hold those values that Memorial stood for. And it shows. I really think that Sister deSalles is shedding tears over the changes that have taken place since she left. As a patient many years ago and an Associate of this awesome hospital today, I am excited about our future and asking my family and friends to join the Celebration of Memorial's new addition on Saturday, July the 24th. Come on and take part in the Heart of Memorial.
I think this was a great idea for memorial Hosp.
