CHI has been very good to me and for me. I've had several episodes of A-Fib and last year I had gallbladder surgery and about 6weeks later, I had open heart surgery. They did 6 bi-passes and repaired a valve. I'm having a total hip replacement on the 25th. Memorial is my hospital of choice.
The staff is wonderful. IF nothing else they make this Hospital what it is
i am very disappointed with CHI Memorial. my mawmaw has been there for testing since last Thursday, and i have ran into so many rude, apathetic staff. majority of the staff in the CDU rarely responded to our questions and took forever (sometimes more than an hour or never at all) to respond to my mawmaw's needs. it's very sad to experience such performance at a so-called "four star" hospital.

It is always good to be taken care of my great doctors and nurses and all the rest of the staff here
Although we hate having to go\stay in the hospital... The staff made us feel at home. We had great nurses, assistants, housekeeping, etc... just an overall great group on the 5th. Aley was outstanding! She knows her stuff!
Mom was in the short stay unit after a procedure! Excellent care by RN Daisy and CNA Becky! They were on top of everything and felt like they genuinely cared for us! Thank you so much!
