The doctors and nurses have been so kind and provided such good care to my dad during this very difficult time. Thank you for all you do each and every day.
My mom had an 8 days stay a few months ago. The lackadaisical care she received from the staff left us yearning for someone with passion for their job. This is when we met Mayra. Mayra as a CNA treated my mom with more compassion and respect than any of the nurses, social workers, and staff members did. I cannot sing the praises of Mayra enough. I sincerely hope this message is given to her with the administrator's deepest gratitude.
We just left there today my fience just had back surgery they where very unprofessional while i was in the waiting area.. When he finally got a room the first round of nurses where awesome how ever the nurses from that point on they where rude. One of them ken even sighed if you asked him for anything.. We told them that he was having trouble with right side being numb and his knee not working right and they did nothing to see why he was having so much trouble that he wasn't having before hand.. Not that any hospital is fun to be at I have to be there every six weeks regardless and I'm always treated so well. I have to check in every time at outpatient registration and I always have Simone check me in. She's an absolute sweetheart. I get treated at the infusion center and the nurses there are truly the sweetest women. Makes having to go every six weeks a little better! Until next time.....
My friend of 36 years came to Memorial September 16th and was in MICU for 13 days. She is now in a room. The staff in the MICU are amazing. Bobby, Allison, Michael, Suzanne, you are truly a blessing to your patients and their loved ones. Every on the 4th floor East Oncology are treating her wonderful now! I have no doubt that Dr Jennings and Memorial saved her life! Thanks from the depths of my soul. Beverly Allen
