Very professional. Friendly staff who answered all questions. What was nice is the appointment time was kept.
The staff treated me with complete respect and showed me so much love and care. As bad as the experience was I was going through with my health they encouraged me, restored my faith in the health care system all together and helped me in every way possible to get well. Very nice facility. The nurses and CNA's took excellent care of our daughter after her oral surgery. Also made sure parents and guests were comfortable.
Extremley nice hospital . Very attentive to everyones needs . The surgeon prayed with my neice before surgery . Such a blessing .

We have been patients of Dr. Paul Ballinger for a long while with nothing but great things to say about him and his nurses; HOWEVER the rest of the staff at CHI Memorial Chickamauga are AWFUL!! I have had to call all day (I talked to the answering service 8 times) just to get through to the office to ask a simple question. When I finally did get through to someone in the office who could potentially answer my question, she was rude and less helpful with my inquiry than I would have imagined possible. No help at all I know more than they did took a week to git a MRI she had fractured spine they said it was pleurisy so pray fore my Julia at the worst hospital I've ever been in
