CHI Memorial is my pick of hospitals in Chattanooga. I have had good nurses and doctors during my stays in the hospital. The nurses in the Outpatient Infusion Center are the best!!!

The receptionist at the surgical center was very rude and could have handled a situation a bit differently than what she did! I realize they see people in and out all day and it's no big deal to them, but I had a family member in this hospital and was a little stressed and she chose treat us otherwise. She was very rude and could use a lesson in tact when dealing with family members .

That is where I took, my training in 1974 and did some pvt duty there but I am still loving my Erlanger the most .

I was admitted for a 6 vessel bypass last Friday. I could not have received better care starting with the Cardiac admissions unit, the surgical team, the ICU staff, and then the 5th floor staff. All were very professional, caring, and so accommodating to me and my family. My only complaint was I had a set of expensive headphones taken from my night stand last night. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of cardiac care.

Well they killed my mother. They starved her to death and tried to cover it up as well. Then her death certificate said something totally different than what they had already fabricated that she died from. Don't even bring your dogs or pets here for treatment. She signed her DNR papers not knowing she would not be fed again.

First trip to Memorial for me. From my initial ER visit to being admitted that same night, every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I work in Healthcare as well and know how rare it is to encounter that many good attitudes in one day. So from the NP and ER nurse to the urologist to the floor nurses and techs and OR nurses and even housekeeping staff. Bravo. Keep up the good work.

Had surgery on Friday. Superior care throughout the surgical unit and on the floor overnight!!!!!
