I always get treated well. From the office workers to the medical stall.
Had to have my esophagus stretched. The staff made sure I had a clean gown and two warm blankets waiting for me. They made sure that everything went so smoothly and as I woke up from the procedure they made sure I was okay. Explained all of my home instructions and what to do in case of emergency. They were very attentive from start to my leaving. Thank you. Yesterday I had a better experience than I've ever had there.
My mom been here since Friday and everyone here is real friendly and nice they are taking very good care of her.
I have to say this hospital could be a great hospital because they have some good doctors..but they will have one CNA taking care of too many patients and they are not well trained. Then the nurses will hook up IVs with too much air in the lines. They need to set this straight.
Our nurse Grace/ Gracey was excellent, CNA Marabell was so refreshing and her patient skills are very commendable. This is my hospital of choice even though I was there for my fathers procedures I was overwhelmed with the exceptional care they gave him.
Such caring staff members. My husband had a major back surgery..The staff ,nurses and Doc Ake .all kept me up to date during the surgery and after . Helped with the anxiety and worry 10 fold..The care and treatment they gave us both was above and beyond or expations �
I had the gastric sleeve surgery with Dr. Ponce yesterday and it was a good experience. The whole staff was great.
