my husband was in the hospital for about four days, we have two insurances, two mind you. After everything was paid we got a bill for 1200.00. How do you have to still pay when you have two insurances. Don't understand that. The nurses were great while we were in ICU but once he was moved out on the floor things changed. His blood sugar was real low and the nurse came in to give him insulin: I said do you think he should get that???
Horrible 5 hours in the er waiting room rude ass nurses don't care about people sitting in agony and Pain but they're doing there best whatever
Not family friendly. Moved around 5 times and they said that is the norm just for husbands arteriogram silly because our things are in his room but you can't sit in there.
Was in five days for back surgery. While the Hospital seemed good the nurse's could use more schooling. The man nurse on my last day was good. They tried to give me blood pressure meds when my BP was 97 over 51. Really. And when it was 90 over 49 she just took it again and since I got scared it went to 92 0ver 51. I had to really watch what they have me. Let my daughter know just in case. Just seems like nobody wants to do their job anymore. And is a scary thing when you see nurses not know what their doing. They all were very nice and professional. Before and during and after.
Had back surgery on 9/1 and checked out on 9/3. Facility and nursing care was excellent which our family has come to expect for decades. The only thing we had a problem with was spotty WiFi that in no way affects quality of care. If someone in our family requires hospitalization we go to Memorial.
