Wonderful people. Very competent
People coming in and out of our room and NO ONE introduces themselves or tells us what they are doing or giving my husband. Haven’t had bed linens changed in 2 days. Someone was going to bring us towels 7 hours ago. Went 3 days without seeing a doctor. When we finally see one, he tells us what he thinks my husband has, he couldn’t remember because he read to many patients charts. Absolutely unacceptable! CHI MEMORIAL Women's Center in Ooltewah: The nurses are rude, mess up your prescription, and don't return your calls in a timely manner. The answering service employees are SO RUDE and NOT HELPFUL at all. There is no where to leave a message for the office manager or your own doctor, hopefully they answer the phone when they're open or you're just screwed. Had sleeve surgery with Dr. Ponce at Memorial. Excellent surgeon, his PA Brooke is excellent and the best hospital I ever had surgery in. ❤️
The staff I have had 3 children years ago, I had surgery downtown last year. they are caring people
A great hospital ,,,,and the Doctors and Nurses treat you as if you are the only one,,,,,so caring.. I've been here with Surgery and was well taken care of..
