My husband is having a severe flare up of his Crohns Disease . I had to beg him to come into the ER when I saw how much blood he was passing . He waited for over 4 hours in the waiting room and never got called back . Absolutely ridiculous!! He went home and he is in really bad shape ! Great job guys ! Way to put patients welfare first !!!!!!

I have been here since 7p and it is now 100a and still nothing, do not, I repeat, do not come for emergency.
I had outpatient arthroscopic surgery I January there and received the best of care. Last week I had a complete Robotic hysterectomy and received phenomenal care during surgery,Recovery Room and overnight stay for observation. I can truthfully say there is no way to single out only one nurse or other professional person who provided care. CHI Memorial has an excellent caring pleasant staff who goes above and beyond to make sure their patients receive the best care possible.
I brought a homeless friend here to be treated for a staph infection. Memorial didn’t just lance his infection, pack it, and let him go with prescriptions. They put him in a room and took care of him. I brought him to Memorial because the hands and feet of Jesus are at Memorial. Thank you to all of their amazing staff.
Every patient and family member is treated with respect. The ER team saved my husbands life last June with their quick interventions and treatment
