worst visit ever today the doctor had terrible bedside manner took over four hours to get one bag of IV fluid took 2 hours to get a nurse to change my IV in my arm stabbed eight times for blood work plus IVs 5 hours to receive medicine would not tell me what all the blood work and tests were for did not listen to a single thing I said about my issues for being there complete waste of my time and insurance money to be treated awful and not helped ended up leaving without any paperwork Memorial used to be a decent Hospital now... read more

The Dr cussed me in the ER.He was rude.And the facility is nasty.The nastiest hospital I've ever seen.I have the Dr recorded.Thinking of what to do.And they forgot to register me.Called the next day wanting my insurance info.....no
My daughter was seen at Memorial in Hixson. All they did was take her temperature and tell me I needed to go to the Children’s hospital to receive treatment. I got billed over $1,100 for stepping into the ER, having her temperature taken, and being told they can’t help me even after I already paid $250 for a co-pay. I will never use Memorial for care and will fight this bill until it is resolved. This is criminal.

I just want to say that I had a wonderful office visit yesterday. I have upmost respect for Dr. Alex Ronin. But add the medical assistant Janet that was helping him yesterday just made it great! She was compassionate and called me promptly with my lab results today. Call backs made in a reasonable time is very important to me. That has not always been the case with the other nurses. I hope he can keep her on his team! It makes a huge difference in patient care. The receptionist have always been awesome too.
Been here many times over my life with different family members. Great care and attentiveness to patients and families for updates on surgery progress. 🙌🙌📿🙏😇
