Outstanding medical facility ! And friendly nursing staff.
I have never had anything but good experiences here at Memorial. but this experience today was polar opposite. The wait was absolutely ridiculous- nearly 8 hours to get in to a room. The nurses were kind and helpful but, that’s where the positive experience ends. I am not upset that they sent us home but having to request an explanation as to why and then the dr walking out as we were talking was completely unprofessional! I only have good things to say about memorial. They have taken care of my husband, also his mother (cancer), his father (heart disease). I’ve not met a rude employee yet. Bonus they are a Christian based hospital!!!!!
Dr. Holly Davis is amazing and I have nothing but great things to say about her BUT she’s out on medical leave until April and her nurse “no longer works there” and because of this, I was treated like absolute garbage by Michelle because she’s “not comfortable with the way Dr Davis does things.” So what am I supposed to do until April? I am so disgusted with the way this woman just spoke to me and the way she spoke to the nurse. I may never go back.
Top notch doctors& nurses very caring people.
Everyone is so kind and helpful would recommend all my friends and family to use Memorial Hospital 😊
