I was at CHI Memorial from 12-28.17 to 1-1-18, due to having a kidney removed (Cancer) other than being in the hospital on New Year's Eve, I couldn't have ask for better care.

My father-in-law was left sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours with chest pain and trouble breathing. He wasn't even offered a wheelchair - he was made to walk to triage, his EKG and his blood draw. The triage staff needs extensive retraining.

I was there in September of 2010 had total knee surgery I was only supposed to be there a couple days but when put to sleep can't get woke up surgery was Thursday morning got woke up late Saturday night was in p.i.c.u. they were great night an day shifts were all great that's the hospital of my choice!!!

I once thought it was a wonderful hospital but now no thanks I'll go to any other place.

Could not ask for a better staff or high quality of care from a facility. Im about 24 hrs from being released to a rehab facility after 2+ months in the hospital. Thank you for getting me fixxed, healed and on my way back to a wonderful life. This place rules!
