Did not come pick it up. Spoke with two different people in Operations Management. Bin was not picked up until September 2. By this time I was so frustrated with the lack of customer service I cancelled trash service as well. They charged $30.00 to come pick up THEIR trash bins. I have had a real problem with Republic Waste Service picking up my trash. In the last year there has been 5 or 6 times the did not remove my trash. I have been a customer for 13 years and could not get them to come back and pick up my trash. I have spoken to their service reps at least 10 times with little success. I have now stopped my service with them.

This is the worst company that I have ever had to do business with. I moved into my new home and called to set up trash service; they told me that I would have to prepay before they would deliver a trash can to my home. I STILL have not received a trash can!! The customer service end told me that I was not allowed to cancel because of the fact that they are the only trash service provider in my area and that they would put in an escalation on bringing us a trash can ASAP. Republic services is beyond horrible. They have not picked up our trash in THREE WEEKS. I’ve called numerous times and am always told that there is a “delay” or “route delay.” The only thing is, out trashcan sits literally right beside our 2 neighbors. This week our trash can sat IN THE MIDDLE of both of them. Our neighbors trash has been picked up every week, while ours has not. How hard is it to pick up trash??? This is a great company with amazing customer service! Plus they give so much back to the community through non-profits and events!
I would leave a 0 star review but I cannot.Have yard waste on my sidewalk for three weeks now.Under the guidelines it has to be 48 inches in length, 4 inch diameter max, tied in bundle. Republic waste has horrible service and they continue to not pick up my trash even though I pay my bill. I have complained several times and it continues to happen. They tell me that it won't happen again but it happens every week. They haven't picked my trash up in 3 weeks and I just reported it again
