By far the worst experience I have ever had. Over priced, snotty, rude, and inept customer service. Had to request a refund on 4 difft occassions..every time, received difft answers. The last rep, betty, was so ghetto and rude I thought I was being punked. I then asked for a supervisor, she transfers me to an Ava, who was not even a supervisor, but merely a senior rep. There the worst trash company to exist, save your money and haul your own trash off. They hardly ever show up and when they do they half ass empty the cans. Waste of money.

THESE PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE THEM SELVES !!! Switched to them and 3 weeks in a row have failed to pick our trash but grab everyone else’s next to us Call them every week they miss and they say sorry we will pick up tomorrow and never show up They are bull shit !!!!

Service has gone down hill but the fees have gone uphill. At least once a month there's a missed pickup. This company is awful!
