I cancelled residential service to be effective on 30 September 2019 at the end of a paid quarter. I was told to expect to pay them for retrieval of their property. I didn't pay for the delivery of their property when I started service years ago. I have no agreement or responsibility to contribute to their property accountability. I am further aggrieved by having to pay a fuel surcharge on top of this illegitimate fee. Can I take away stars? Worst service I have ever experienced. Trash went uncollected for weeks. Eventually had to cancel service because it was never collected. Still trying to get them to take away their container.

This company is horrible. I requested a trash pickup on June 17, 2019. They did not pick up the trash because they only pick up furniture. So, I called back to reschedule for the next week. They still did not pick up the trash and furniture. I pick up items I thought needed to be removed. They did not remove any items but still charged me $370.00. When the new bills came I saw that they had a past due amount of $370.00. I've called them six times regarding this matter. I requested a credit because they never removed the item... read more

Cancelling with this company was a nightmare. I was moving, and called them BEFORE my last invoice to cancel, turned OFF my auto-pay and then they still took the money from my account for 3 months of service. When I asked them what to do, they told me to call my bank and cancel the payment. THEN they told me I had to wait 6 weeks for the account to close and they would mail me a check for the 2 months difference they owed me. Today I see a charge from them - I call and they say I have to pay $85 for the cans to be picked up!... read more

They only pickup when they feel like coming. Sometimes recycle will not be picked up for over a month. Scheduling pickups or reporting missed pickups does not matter. This service does not give you what you pay for. Check out the generic responses to these reviews and you will get an idea of what they tell you when you try to use customer service. Avoid at all costs; truly an awful, careless mess of a company. To the company: Do not bother responding to this review as I will be cancelling the service as soon as possible.

Rich M Was good service until I requested turn in of dumpster. Called on Friday and requested pickup on Monday when they didn't show called and asked why. Said they couldn't make pickup because they were too busy and scheduled pick up next day. Got a bill charging me for additional day and called customer service. Told me that only call they had was scheduling on Monday for Tuesday pickup. Zero stars would be more appropriate. They have yet to actually pick up my trash. Cans were dropped off weeks ago and they haven't been back since. We have called at least 6 times to report the missed collections and each time have been given the same excuses. Today I spoke, at length, with a supervisor who again assured me they would be out to collect my garbage and that she would follow up with a phone call. Guess what? No one came or called. Some of the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. Past couple of months the scheduled pickup of trash, recycling, or both have failed to occur on multiple occasions. When customer service is called they can only pass a message of a missed pickup but cannot answer when a failed pickup will be rectified. We recently had our cans at the curb for 6 days waiting for pickup. They are to big for their own good and don't give a dam about their customers. Bottom line $10+ billion /yr in revenue that is all they care about!!!
