This is the worst trash service ever!!!!! Let's go all the way back. I have been with this company for 3 years and for 2 straight years they have not picked my trash up during the week of Christmas and New Years. In 2017 I had to pull the trash into my garage to keep the animals from going through it and had my garage smelling like a landfill for days. They are consistently missing pickups. I filed a complaint to which the company never responded. It’s now listed as a “closed case” with no answer from the company which is very satisfying as they don’t do anything ever! Also, I’ve noticed a lot of “responses” that say the same thing... “this is not how we do business” but obviously it is since there’s all these complaints

We live in a community in NE Houston whereby most of our community utilized Republic Services. As of this writing, many of our community as noted on our private community forum have switched to other waste providers due to Republic Services poor service (failure to pick up trash (2x in 2 weeks), billing inaccuracies, and faulty billing, harassing phone calls, etc.). I recently contact ****** ***** for Chalfont Borough, Bucks County, PA where I currently Live. I requested removal of my old Trash Cans, due to the fact I have duplicate trash cans. I spoke to several representatives whom advised a truck would come pick up my extra trash cans one being a regular trash bin and other a recycle bin. This is a bad company for my city, Dickinson, Tx. We are having garbage piling up for a week at least. I am paying for 3 pickup days per week but there are no pickups lately. My bill is paid up. I am never late and my bill arrived on time, of course! They can't blame it on flooding as we did not flood around here recently. I drove down deats which is a major street and it is full of trash cans for days and days also.

New customer to Republic Residential account with waste and recycle. It took 5 weeks to get our bins. Each time i called i was told they would be delivered in a couple of days. each time those days came and went and still no bins. to add insult to injury they then added a $70 charge for delivery of the 5 weeks late bins. I wish zero stars was an option. I can't really say anything that hasn't already been said. They don't pick up on time, often weeks late creating multiple missed pick-ups. They won't credit billing to even begin to make the situation right. I've spent more time of the phone with Republic over the last two months than I care to admit, each time being told it will get picked up tomorrow, there's an issue with the truck, we had some workers quit, blah blah blah. They are horrible. I live in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. I had been a customer for three years and was moving to a new address also in their service area. The people I bought my home from were also Republic customers. I had waste removal services with another company for well over a decade. Excellent service and communication, no issues. Then they were sold? To Republic in early 2019. In May, I called and requested to have my service moved to another address. Information was collected and I was told it would be handled. 2+ weeks later still had no action.
