Don't EVER give this company your credit card # for autopay....I have been charged over $1300.00 for services that they refuse to give me breakdown invoice or and record of my account. I don't know why they keep charging me these fees and when I ask for an invoice broken down so I can see what they are charging me for they become very defensive and refuse to even respond or get back to me. I was new customer from July 2019 - March 2020. During that time. Every bill was nearly double than the agreed upon service that I signed up for. I have to constantly call to get my bill adjusted before submitting my payment. Now that I've looked at other comments it seems like there is definitely an issue with this company billing practice.

Called Thursday to cancel my service at the end of the month. They informed me of a $30 pick up fee that is bogus because I do not have a drop-off option. Also, they did not pick up my garbage the next day (Friday) as well as my neighbors. There is nobody in the office to handle to issue and now I am stuck with a full garbage can and no way of knowing when it will be picked up. I plan on working with the credit agencies if the send my bill to collections because the bills and service are ridiculous.

Poorly run company. They have only one phone number to contact them for any issue with residential service, and it is a very inefficient system. Typically you get to dispatch, which I BELIEVE fails to forward complaints to persons in authority. I have called with complaints about poor service/poor driver performance, etc. over the last several years, rarely do I receive a return phone call from a supervisor or managerial staff. This company repeatedly refuses to pick up my trash. I have fought for at least the last 6 months. There is no accountability. Given that I am not "allowed" to use anyone else per the local township, they know they don't need to do anything. Appalling business that should be shut down.

I have used this company for 9 years and decided to switch because they stopped picking up yard waste due to COVID-19. I looked around and other companies in the area are still picking up and I found one that was way cheaper. They were willing to try and match the other prices but I explained I really need yard waste and that was the main reason. I was then told it was a $30 removal fee per container. Trash service from a trash company. They have left me with 3 weeks of no trash pickups. I moved and transferred service, but they only took my old cans and didn’t give me new ones. They delivered them a week later after trash pickup had already happened. They then told me that somebody would pick it up that day before 5pm. Never happened. Now they’re telling me sorry about your luck, and any extra trash out there is going to cost me. Doesn’t seem fair that they can pull that on me. Horrible company when it comes to billing. They admit they are overcharging and promise to send the request to correct/refund to another department and don't do anything. The cycle goes on and on been happening to me for over 7 years.

They stopped picking up yard waste because of the Covid 19 because they did not want they drivers getting out of the truck. When I asked id they use an arm to pick up yard waste they said yes. This does NOT make any sense. Tell people they can only have the waste that is in the barrel picked up. Next they charged me $33.00 per barrel to pick up their barrels. I called on the 3rd to cancel and they said they had to charge for service for the rest of the month which is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
