This hospital saved my life!!! They have the best staff ever.
Worse hospital ever I was a patient there 17 yrs ago I went to the ER & they wanted my money upfront without seeing a doctor first.

I agree, staff was rude, and they treated me for a sinus infection when I have a headache from falling down a flight of stairs. Then get ignored and when I do get someone they tell me it's time to go, I've been there too long. Very rude. But nice enough to get your info so they can bill you. I will never ever go to this facility. HEB or Jps are much better , friendlier, and they take care of you. Not surprisingly I have numerous stories like mine from residents where I work and their families. No stars
Well, I must say Women's Services, you ROCK! I cannot say enough about this group of people. Darlene, Brittany, Sue...you are exceptional nurses. Courtney, from L&D, what a bright light you have shining through you. God has truly blessed NH with some great nurses. To the surgical department, you guys are great. Judgemental horrible almost the worst hospital

How do we go about reporting a doctor for not following the law and reporting abuse? Even worse, he was a friend of this boys family and scared the boy out of reporting it himself.
