Don't go to this hospital. Worst hospital EVER. In labor and they informed me that they don't have a OBGYN and don't deliver babies there. But wanted to put an IV in me as well with an ultrasound saying something was wrong with my gallbladder!! I checked my self out and went to HEB and was informed that I had dilated to 1 cm at 33 weeks and was extremely dehydrated. Also because I was checking my self out the nurses were very rude about it. I brought my husband in on the 27th of june he was dizzy, the er staff took his vitals and his heart rate was extremely low y'all did a ekg right away didn't like what you seen. Was put in a room shortly after. The staff was very professional attentive compassionate it was right there for us to answer any questions we had after spending several hours in the ER they send them upstairs too several tests kept coming back negative and the heart looked good even doing the cath lab.With no blockage everything looked good,but still... read more

I was billed by them saying my pcp had viewed me for an appointment at the wound center. Of, course this is not true. Why would my pcp have to come to the wound center for something he knows nothing about. Plus, he is just down the street. Their wound center is not allowed to give prescriptions if your wound needs antibiotics. Therefore, I do not recommend this wound center. I was transported two weeks ago for shortness of breath etc. There for 4 or 5 days. I was treated well. Diagnosed with congestive heart failure and an aortic aneurism. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Now in Baylor Dallas for further work. Thanks, North Hills !

This is a horrible hospital NEVER take your loved ones to this hospital. We took my stepmom here for appendix pain, was told she was needing emergency surgery and it would be done within the hour. 12 hrs later no doctor no surgery. After complaining they kept saying the Dr would be in shortly. After finally demanding truth we were told they don't have an emergency surgery dept and they were trying to get ahold of a Dr. Finally they got ahold of a Dr and said there were a few people ahead of her, one for a hip replacement as ... read more
