I love North Hills Hospital. The entire staff was amazing, concerned, caring, and giving of their hearts to my family and dad when he had his heart attack in 1998. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for emergency care and day surgeries (the only two areas I'm familiar with).
The in tire staff on the third floor are AWESOME!! Thank you each and everyone.
Thank you for your professionalism yesterday. My experience was not only a positive one, but the best one. The last thing I ever expected was a scary trip to the ER on Christmas morning, but at least it was not a ruined day. Stay positive and festive like you did yesterday, keep up the great work, and have a Happy New Year.
My son came in on Christmas night. The Dr said nothing was wrong with his knee. It was clearly swollen and messed up. Today he can't walk on it or move it with out great pain. Crappy Dr that doesn't really care to investigate what's going on with there patient. Sorry you had work on the holiday, but do your job right and find your care card . So now we have go to another Dr to get this taken care of, I would rather go any where else. N ever again will we be at this hospital.
All the staff is great there . When I got to my room these nice ladies took care of me. Mrs. Tina and Ms. Amanda were the best nurses they took very good care of me and made sure my family were okay too. I know there were more from the time I check in till I came home just can't remember there names. But thank you all God Bless you all.
Had the worst experience yesterday here. I had a seizure and hurt myself pretty bad we were there got taken in the first nurse we had was so compassion but then we got switched since they said I was going to need more evaluation, then came in the new nurse named Janice had no bed side manners treated me horrible and when we told her she was being rude could we have a different nurse I get discharged right away without hesitation.
