I have to say I will say I was happy with the attention and care I initially received at your ER, but no one warned me that if I needed hospitalization the only hospital you transported to was North HIlls, and since this transfer nearly a year ago has been nothing but disaster from almost bleeding to death at their hands then the doctors affiliated with them who were "oncall", I wish I would have had a choice all the way around. Came to ER this morning. Had a brown recluse spider bite on my foot. Dr Patel was my Physican. He couldn't assist, in fact left twice to take calls. I said I have flu like aches and my chest is constricted. I'm leaving and going to Baylor. Thanks for the bad service
Tried to voice my concerns, but looks like they erased them. My niece and family had a terrible visit at the Alliance ER this last Saturday night. Two nurses have POTTY mouths that could make a sailor blush. Rude and put-out is what we felt when we were there. Sorry if we prevented you from doing your homework or movie watching at the main desk? I heard that while waiting in the hallway for the bathroom - and also heard you not think my niece even had an emergency? If we think it is an emergency then it is.....this is not up... read more
Have no experience with the hospital, but would like to commend their courtesy patrol for helping to get our vehicle started when we came out to a very dead battery this morning
Had a very good birth n all nurses were great treated me like family
The staff was really helpful. Blunt and to the point, I got the help I needed, and was on my way.
I had a procedure done in the Cardiac outpatient unit on Monday and was well taken care of by Lisa, Christine & April the nurses. Dr. Vinit Lal and the excellent staff in the OR did an amazing job. I was very apprehensive and nervous and they did a great job giving me peace of mind. My husband had open heart surgery at NHH in 1999 and had a good experience, also.
