Actually negative stars. Hospital let my mom die from pneumonia which was really heart failure. She wasn't even there 24hrs.

It took them 14 long hours to lower my blood pressure from 246/104 to 148/85, 7 sticks, 3 pills and 2 Nitro. Went to Baylor Grapevine when it was 268/124 and it took them less than 5 hours, 1 stick, 1 pill and I was 146/84. Don't go if you want help fast.

The negativity and rudeness of some of the employees at this hospital just makes you want to go gone sick!

I am only here by the Grace of God & the quick and efficient efforts from the ER staff.They went above and beyond to keep my family informed,as I couldn't speak or move my left side,they used the robo doc to help with a diagnosis,theygot me stable enough for a transfer to Plaza Medical & nade sure i was ok by reassuring me & calming me down.I thank you so so much North Hills & your ER stafff,I will be FOREVER grateful to you.

Just saw on the news how you guys mis diagnose a women with west nil virus, and if it wasn't for her sister who is a nurse then she would have died because of your mistake. I don't know how you all stay open with all the mistake you guys make. Shame on you guys
