Great experience in out-patient, again. Glad I got to go home, as in May had 2 different stays, each one horrible: uncaring staff, iv 's painful, infusion, hematomas, food always tepid, off taste......home sweet home to clean sheets, dogs and boyfriend!
I'm in the hospital right now. I was here last month as well. Great staff here, always caring and would do anything for you attitude. I've been in several hospitals around the metro-plex, and this one is a good one to be sick at. All kidding aside. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to educate you with the intricacies of your health care issue.
the facility was great ONLY, I WAS SCHEDUELED FOR A HEART VIEWING ON SEPT 15TH, I GOT A CALL ON 12 to verify my appointment at which time the person informed me I would need to make a payment plan for $2700 to cover the procedure. Now today Oct. 10h I get a bill and it totals $3354.56 after insurance costs covered!!!! What the hell? and where is my video you promised before and after the heart stint was installed!! How did an extra $500 get put to the bill since insurance got involved? are you just there to bilk the insuranc... read more
They were awesome to me. I probably should if stayed a few more days still feel yucky Made friends and they made me feel like a guest In a hotel. Thank you all so much
Amazing staff and Dr. Bass is awesome very kind, sweet, attentive and definitely a fixer!!
They seem to be taking good care of my cousin. They come in and clean the room every day, check on him about every hour, and all the nurses I have encountered while visiting have been nice and caring.
