Everyone there did amazing work during this COVID situation and everyone couldn’t have been more friendly. They had a full house of patients for this that and the other things, so they were very busy. Someone was always in checking on me every few minutes. We just had our daughter at Oak Hill and she needed to stay in the NICU for a few days. We just wanted to say that the whole department was wonderful and we are so grateful for the spectacular care they gave our daughter. We can not thank the nurses and doctors enough for the great work they all did.
Twin Cities Hospital always exceeds my expectations. The nursing staff in pre-op were attentive and calming. I did not get their names but truly appreciated them. The nursing staff on the floor after surgery were responsive and helpful. I didn’t expect to find myself back at ER two days later, but there I was. They were overflowing with patients, yet Dr. Nodine took extra time to really listen to me and I am very grateful for his calming presence that evening. Take my word for it, go some where else! There are plenty of facilities out there willing to work with you, care about their patients care and aren't all about the mone. Oh yeah and cleaner too!
terrible bedside manner from drs and nurses, surgeon Angel J Tamez had the worst bed side manner. insulting and degrading... its clear this hospital is taking advantage of the covid 19 restrictions and that patients are alone.. being neglectful and verbally abusive... if you care for your family members at all, stay clear from this death trap...
I have had two surgeries there in the last 14 months and have left there both times with bad staff infections. They said if I hadn't already paid my bill they could had taken a percentage off. Really what a statement! Be very afraid, very afraid!!!!

My mom was admitted last week for a mild stroke. I am her only close next of kin but live out of town. Today she was abruptly discharged to a rehab facility. The ONLY reason I had any idea where she was was she was able to contact her friend, who was able to reach me. The hospital told her they'd contact me. Not. one. call. And not one call even AFTER I called her room to see where she was going and spoke to someone cleaning it. They said they'd give the nurse a message to call me. NOTHING. Tonight I had to take my boyfriend in for a really bad sunburn. Everyone in the E.R. made this stressful evening so much easier. His doctor and PA were AMAZING and so kind. They educated him on the way to treat the burn and helped ease his pain. A HUGE shout out to his RN, Becca, for being as kind and fun as she was. Appreciate all the nurses & staf, they were all wonderful & helpful with me during my stay especially thank you to Nurse Regan that gave me some comfort words during a moment I just felt depressed. I must say I've been in hospital's in my past and this is one of the second hospitals I would recommend.
