I had a great experience at the Parkridge East Hospital. Was in for outpatient surgery and the process went smoothly. The nurses and personnel were very kind and professional.
I just want to say labor & delivery was amazing for delivering my baby girl safely, even though she came 11 weeks early. And bless the NICU for keeping me up to date with everything that was happening with my baby and doing their absolute best every day with her during her stay.

My mother spent a week in the hospital before passing away. I can't say enough about the care and emotional support received from the nurses. They did everything they could and they took on the extra burden of being the emotional support for my mom when we couldn't be there due to concerns about Covid. Finally at the end they did everything they could for us to make sure my mom had a peaceful passing. Extremely expensive. Ridiculous. They charge $$550 for CBC and Metabolic panel for $1655!!! (for insured). Don’t go there!! We were billed $3,000 for 1.5 hours at the walk in center. We went to sto vomiting. Got a simple IV. Dr was in the room 5 min and not very caring or interested. When you call to discuss bill nobody is available or cares.

Back in May, I've tagged TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center with gratitude. The emergency room and cardiology sergeant were simply outstanding and saved my mom (83-years old). Today, we had a different experience. Not only the hospital reception lost my moms order for the blood work, but they did not let me to come in with her to comfort her (their own heart attack post-surgery patient).
