Everyone was very nice & professional during these times. Staff constantly cleaning. I felt very comfortable with Mia doing my testing. Thank you

I’ve been seeing this practice for the last 2 years. Dr. Sara Owens office.Yet today I was handle was such level of racism that I haven’t dealt with in years. 2 white women ahead of me was handled with a great level of care. However, I have 3 insurance coverage I know are on file...and was given the run around for 30 minutes. I will not be back.

My carpal tunnel surgery went great! The staff is so friendly and considerate, and Dr. Patton is a rock star surgeon!

They diagnosed something that sacred heart missed. Visitors weren’t allowed when I went (thanks COVID) but the staff was super friendly and made my time there a little more enjoyable.

Scheduled Friday for CT scan did phone check in today. Was told my insurance pays 90% and I was responsible for 10 %. Told me I needed to give them 1000.00 dollars. I laughed and said this test cost 10,000.00 dollars. Canceled my appointment immediately after that and said you will never have my business again.

i want to give Kuddos to the Covid staff because i was given the Ultimate attention yesterday upon my arrival.They brought me water when i requested.They were quick with reading me and prompt taking me out very courteous and saying goodbyes. love VRMC.
