This hospital is one huge lawsuit waiting to happen. The incompetence is very disappointing. The community trusts that the staff here is knowledgeable and compassionate, but sadly that is not the case. A family member was treated here and is now facing life threatening illnesses due to the hospital staffs neglect. If you value your health, seek help elsewhere.
RecommendedThe Doctors and nurses and other staff members at Memorial Hospital were absolutely amazing, everybody was nice, kind, understanding. They kept me informed every step of the way as to what was going on, what they were doing, what medications they were giving me. Consistently checking on me I could not have asked for better care team. Kicking COVID-19
If you care about your loved ones, do not take them to this hospital. They will experience neglect and further trauma.

Tri Star Hospital is by far the worse hospital, My husband had a gash from cutting his thumb on a can, slip it open. he bled for 2 hours. you'd think he had been shot by how much blood he lost. he was covered head to toe. I called EMS to him because he was vomiting, and passing out, slurring words. he was dehydrated, and loss alot of blood. EMS said he needed stitches, not glue. they did not give my husband IV fluids, they didn't even clean his wound, they gave him shots, and glued it back. oh, and I called about 20 minutes ... read more

RecommendedThis hospital is by far the best ever. The staff takes care of you like your family.
I almost passed out in the waiting room and when I asked for help, I was told I had to wait like everyone else and given an attitude. Left and went to Erlanger and had to be hooked up to an Iv immediately.

I went in for a migraine at the end of February. The nurse was repeatedly fishing with the IV needle, instead of stopping and asking someone for help or trying another arm. This caused a vasovagal response. I was billed $2000 with insurance for an IV of toradol and passing out due to the nurse’s lack of experience and or carelessness. I asked for an itemized bill and told my account would be placed on hold in the meantime.
