I saw Pravinchandra Zala in 2017 after having several what I called low pulse rate events. When I entered Brandon Hospital emergency room my rate was 38 and I am not a runner and they immediately assigned Nuro because of the TIA I had in 2015. RecommendedSummerville Medical Center... your Nursing and ancillary staff are incredible! I would not go anywhere else!! I know that I am here because of the tremendous efforts of many people in many departments. However...I cannot say as much for your registration team ! I arrived via ambulance to the ER and was admitted with acute respiratory failure secondary to COVID 19. I understand the isolation issues, but that could have been easily overcome. Usually have a great experience. Tonight we went in for a water breaking scare and had a horrible experience. No checks where done for water or dilation and let’s just say left the facility having a full blown panic attack. Dr. Morgan was terrible to us. I have filed a complaint through the website.

I am disgusted and angry at your murder of Michael Hickson. Your hospital, your staff, and the so called “guardian” should be charged with murder. My daughter has Hemi CP and I promise you her life is valuable and has as much or more quality than most people.
