This facility (I refuse to call it a hospital) failed miserably when I was taken there several years ago. They treated me for a drug overdose for 4 hours leaving me in a hallway. I have NEVER even smoked pot and simply had a horrible migraine. They treated me for an overdose because I had an active prescription for Vicodin because of a back injury. Now they have treated my family horribly when my wife's grandfather was dying. They continuously gave her grandmother false information and worse than that false hope. They made h... read more

RecommendedWas in post surgery for 2 days. Everyone was kind and responded to every request I made. Food was good as well. Discharge was easy as could be. Great experience.
RecommendedSuffering from symptoms of food poisoning, I was transferred by ambulance late last night, to the the Emergency Department. This was my first trip to Mission...in any capacity... since HCA took over, and having heard some negative things, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. This is the worse hospital, with egregious care! You admit someone for 2 weeks for a surgery and under your care for these 2 weeks she contracted Covid 19! The entire hospital is a joke! Melinda Charge nurse will let you die and not give you benedryl that is in the system to give someone when they are having an allergic reaction! The other charge nurse on Vanvlit’s floor broke HIPPA laws, defamation of character by going into another patient’s room lying saying another patient on the floor was getting high on the pain meds a... read more
seeing patients in a timely manner would be a great start. the supervising physician was a condescending moron. and the level of concern shown from this hospital was concerning to say the least.
