They kick people out of the hospital before getting CT results. Then literally leave them walking home in their hospital gowns! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!! This is NOT okay!

I have to say this was a fantastic experience! I had a major procedure on 8/14/2020. The staff at this hospital truly go above and beyond to take care of you and treat you like family. I can't remember names from the OR but kudos to all of you who took care of me. Ya'll are amazing. Anesthesia knew I was nervous and she put me right out talking to me the entire time and made me feel at ease. You ROCK! To the sweet nurse who had to deal with my crying jag when I woke thank you so much for being so sweet to me. You are wonderf... read more

Would not recommend to anyone. You will end up with subpar service and in financial ruin. Only needed sutures for a laceration. The local urgent care (associated with Mission) told me I had to go to the ED to be seen and receive sutures. I never received any imaging, labs, or medications (which is fine because I’m sure it would have cost thousands more). I requested for a quote on several occasions and was told it would be around ~600$. Two months later I receive a bill for $4000 for a 30 minute visit. $2500 was from simply ... read more

Upon arrival I had to leave her at ER door w Security n was told to call in a hour. My mother was in the ER from 230 pm until 5 am n had seen a DR Holmes, that was the extent of Drs for her entire stay. She was the ER 14 hours she was in the ER room 34, they gave her 1 IV n 4 pills of unknown. They attempted to call DR Goldstein on three... read more

8/6/2020. On an urgent request to see my Dr in her office. When I arrived Dr Goldstein told me to go directly to Westside hospital as I was dehydrated. I called my son and he took me to the ER. He was not allowed in so I was left with security until a nurse from the ER came for me. And then the horror began. I arrived sometime after 100pm. Saw a Dr Holmes. No exam just an IV and the chest exray cat scan. When asked why told dr ordered cat scan ekg. Not one person was able to tell me why all these tests when I had not been ex... read more

I highly recommend The Woman’s Hospital of Texas for L&D. I searched for a doctor that saw patients in the Kingwood/Atascocita/Humble area of Harris county but delivered at The Woman’s Hospital and found Dr. Deborah Hendryx. I’ve seen a few doctors in the NE area and she by far exceeded any expectation I had. She’s very thorough with the care she provides. Answers any and all questions, never makes you feel rushed, has amazing bedside manners and is very personable. Even if you’re looking for a doctor without giving birth sh... read more
